- Under and behind all equipment
- Ceiling panels in kitchen
- Ventilation canopy (baffles and outer sides)
- Floors, walls and ceiling throughout facility

Clean all areas listed above. Review your sanitation plan with all staff.

Observation:
General lighting of facility is poor, as per inspection report #AJON-CDWU4Q. Poor lighting can make it difficult to see any potential pest activity, to ensure proper cleaning is done, and may create a potential workplace hazard leading to injury.
Corrective Action(s):
Replace lightbulbs in the kitchen and walk-in cooler with a higher/brighter voltage.
