Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice scoops not stored in ice upon arrival of inspector. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - items washed through dishwasher and stored in container with ice.

Bowls do not have handles. Edges of bowls can be contaminated by hands and then stored inside dry storage bins. Do not continue this practice. Use proper scoops and do not store inside dry storage bins.

**General improvements found in all areas during inspection today - handsinks adequately supplied for BOTH handsinks, tongs are NOT rinsed in hand sink but washed in dishwasher, Chlorine sanitizer found in back area in use, lack of evidence of rodents in kitchen, general organization much improved
