Restaurant has been given a verbal order to close restaurant until dishwasher is fixed and working properly with 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer available in rinse cycle.
At time of inspection dishwasher had no chlorine sanitizer available in rinse cycle. Bottle of chlorine based sanitizer was connected to dishwasher but no sanitizer on dishes at end of cycle. In addition, dishwasher was not draining the dirty wash water and therefore flooding of floor in dish washing area occurred. Premise is closed and front door was locked to keep new customers from entering. This premise must remain closed until dishwasher works properly. Follow up inspection needed prior to opening.
