Observation:
The waste pipe under the veggie washing sink is leaking. Water is pooling on the floor and this will attract and harbor pests.
Corrective Action(s):
Repair or replace the leaking pipe, so that it no longer leaks. Wash the outside of the waste pipe to remove accumulated water and food.

Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C; freezers -17C or colder; hot holding units above 60C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles and cloth buckets was 200ppm.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; in groups with raw proteins separate or below RTE foods; and 6" off the floor on shelves, racks, or platforms.
- General sanitation level is good. Improvement seen in the sanitation level, and hard to reach areas are being cleaned on a routine basis.
- No signs of pests.
- All violations from the previous inspection have been corrected.
- All surfaces and equipment are in good working order.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- Staff use utensils to handle food and wash hands frequently.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO out rules being followed.
