Renovation for sushi section is now complete as per the approved floor plan. Espresso machine had not been installed yet. Sushi and cafe service were approved during inspection. Sushi prep cooler condiment inserts: rotate sushi condiments in the top inserts every 2 hours. Do not fill condiments over the indentation line.
