-Hot dogs are cooked in the kitchen. Hot dogs on hot holding unit were greater than 60C.
-No potentially hazardous foods stored in the coolers in the bar area.
-Glasswasher had a final rinse of 12.5ppm iodine on the glass surface (minimum 12.5ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Ice machine was found to be clean and well maintained.
-Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Kitchen chef FoodSafe Level 1 valid until March 29, 2021.
