Observation: Several areas require a thorough cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the outside of all coolers/freezers that are caked with dried food; remove all items from the walk-in cooler and clean the floors, walls, ceiling as discussed; pressure wash/clean the shelves in the walk-in cooler; exhaust hood should be serviced every 4 months (not every 6 months) so get it serviced in May; clean the taps/faucet at the handwash sink which has caked on food on it; clean the piping and spray nozzle in dishpit; remove dirty boards used on storage shelving by the staff washroom.
