Observation: Bowls of food being double stacked in cooler. Ice cream pail not covered. Box of miso stored on the floor. Frozen raw meat stored next to ice cream pail.
Corrective Action(s): Do not double stack food when cover is syran wrap and cover all foods properly after use. All food must be stored 6 inches off the floor. Keep raw food separated from ready to eat food even if it is in the freezer.

Observation: Two inch gap noted on perimeter of screen door.
Corrective Action(s): Add rubber weather stripping along perimeter of screen door to deter pest entry.

Observation: Food debris and grease build up noted on the floor of cooking line, especially behind deep fryer, cooler doors and gap between glass cooler and condiment cooler. Back area has cardboard boxes and unused microwave scattered on floor and patio table. Exhaust hood is dripping oil.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all areas properly. Remove all unused equipment and fold all cardboard boxes and deposit in designated bin after use.

Observation: Aluminum foil used to line shelving unit above cooking stove.
Corrective Action(s): Remove aluminum foil as it is not a cleanable material.

Observation: Inner lid for rice cooker came off of the exterior. Thermometer used to test dishwasher has no max/min setting. Repeat.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace lid so it can close properly. Obtain a waterproof thermometer that has max/min setting to properly test dishwasher.
