Met with Mike, and provided him with a " Replacement permit form", since they misplaced the Permit. Please, complete the form and enclose the permit fee replacement ( $30.00 ) and submit to our office fro further processing. Also, discussed the FoodSafe recertification and due for refresher by July, 2018. " Reminder" card is enclosed with this inspection and Food Safety newsletter. Daily temp logs are up to date. Test strips for daily measuring of the approved sanitizer, also available. They will also have a new kitchen manager.
