Introduction
An unscheduled follow-up inspection to the Routine Inspection dated September 3, 2021 was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSOP).
Contraventions
Previous Inspection -
Contraventions observed on FIR #JKIM-C6MRK3 have been corrected.
Current Inspection -
Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
On the inspection date of November 3, 2021 there were 31 children and 7 staff present. The Manager was onsite and assisted the Licensing Officer with today's inspection. At this inspection the contraventions identified during the routine inspection #JKIM-C6MRK3 were confirmed to have been corrected.
Discussion with Licensee:
- Emergency Supplies: system in place to regularly monitor the expiry dates for non-perishable items.
- Continue to follow facility's Covid-19 safety plan
