* Clean the interior of all coolers (shelves and interior surfaces) thoroughly including those that are not in use. Ensure to clean the door gaskets
on the coolers/freezers daily.
* Quats cleaner is not a "No Rinse Sanitizer", Any food contact surfaces cleaned and sanitized in this cleaner must be thoroughly
rinsed with water prior use. Alternately, a no rinse sanitizer can be used (e.g. 100 ppm chlorine bleach or 200 ppm No rinse Sani Stuff quats based sanitizer).
* Cooler temperatures and sanitizer logs must be completed at least once a day.
