-Follow-up inspection to July 29, 2022. -Did not find any unapproved foods items in the facility at the time of inspection. Either in the customer area or the back storage areas. Do not sell food items made at Family Bread until Health Approval has been granted to produce and transport these items. -Bleach was at 200ppm. -Carpets have been removed from the meat cutting area of the store. -Cutting boards were found to be in good condition. Ensure cutting boards are replaced or resurfaced as needed. -Health Permit hand delivered to the operator. Ensure the permit is posted in a visible location. Contact the Health Department if any structural or operational changes are made to the facility.
