Entire premises has been thoroughly cleaned and organized.
New stainless steel shelves provided in the dry storage area. All shelves are now
at least 6 inches off the floor. Good.
No mice droppings noticed in the dry storage room and in potato storage room.
Floor behind the double door stainless steel cooler has been cleaned. The cooler has been lifted off the floor.
Much improvement noticed in sanitation and organization of other areas of the kitchen.
The bar area cabinets are in the process of being removed. Good.
The gap behind the new sink has been patched.Good.
Licensed pest control operator has been monitoring for pests regularly.

THE PUBLIC HEALTH ACT ORDER DATED JANUARY 10, 2019 IS NOW RESCINDED.

HOWEVER, THE FOLLOWING ITEMS STILL REQUIRE YOUR ATTENTION.

1. Clean all droppings from all of the wooden shelves across from dishwasher. Remove
all equipment, dishes and crates etc for thorough cleaning and sanitizing.
2. Consider replacing the wooden worn out shelves with new washable and non absorbent ( stainless steel) shelves or tables.
3. Clean underneath the cook line on a daily basis
4. Check and clean all cabinetry underneath the POS device.
5. Continue to monitor for signs of new infestation in all areas of the premises.
