- Mould observed inside ice machine.
Correction:
- Turn the machine off. Empty the ice machine. Clean & sanitize before turning back on.

Following areas have been cleaned: Ice machine, kitchen floor (hard-to-reach areas), shelving rack.
Sanitizer available in red bucket measured at 200ppm chlorine. Wiping rags stored in the solution - Good.

Clean the following areas: stand up cooler inside kitchen, toaster oven.
Inspect the bottom unit of the stand up cooler to ensure there are no pests.
Operator to have monthly pest control program in place by a professional pest control company. Install tincat traps throughout the facility.
