- Coolers (walk-ins) at < or = 4C
- Freezers (walk-in, chest) at < or = -18C
- Steam table was not in use at the time of inspection. Ensure steam table can maintain temperatures at 60C or greater.
- Low temperature dishwasher is available. 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer detected.
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available in spray bottles
- Food is covered and protected from contamination
- Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.
