Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap in dispensers and paper towel in dispensers. Coolers <4C. Freezers <-18C. Hot holding: some soups are placed at room temperature on racks for going out, please minimize total time out at room temperature to less than 2hrs (including travelling time if going to other location). Use thermal bags or warmers as much as possible. Dishwasher 100ppm chlorine. Sanitizer 200ppm Quat. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Majority of items are covered in the coolers. Prep tables are clean and kept in good condition.
