Follow up inspection to Rpt 252257 As per head chef, premise has not heard from public health about new cases or requirements to extend E0I/closure. EHO also has not heard of any new cases or requirements to extend E0I/closure. Premise voluntarily closed on Apr 3/21 and has remained closed for 10 days as required by the Medical Health Officer. Discussed COVID-19 Safety protocols. The following to be corrected prior to opening: 1. Put back up all safety signage 2. Post max occupancy for men's and women's washrooms 3. Post physical distancing reminder signs in men's and women's washrooms. Note: premise to being in staff on Sat/Sun for preparation with a full opening on Apr 19/21 Updated Covid-19 Safety plan available for review onsite.
