Comments

The following were discussed with the manager;
- all other identified contraventions from previous routine inspection have been addressed and corrected appropriately.
-one nail has been removed that was sticking out from the planter box located at the back fence area. There is another nail sticking out however, it has been made inaccessible to the children in care by placing a wood piece over and around it and then secured by also placing another planter pot against it. Manager informed Licensing that by Monday October 15, 2018 it would be removed. The manager attempted to remove it but was unsuccessful.
-a discussion occurred between the manager and another Licensing Officer regarding 2 exemptions and 1 temporary placement. The temporary placement was reviewed and will be approved. The 2 exemptions still need to be reviewed and assessed.

The secondary Licensing Officer provided her business card to the manager. The manager provided a new contact phone number.
Thank you for your time. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Licensing.
