All food is made/processed on site. Dispensing now only permitted at farmers/temporary markets as cooking on site greater than 14 days now requires an intact mobile unit as we are no longer permitting temporary set ups greater than 14 days. Approval permit issued for the Maple Ridge farmers market. Cooler at 4c Freezer at -20c Hot and cold water provided liquid soap and paper towels at hand sink No pest problems noted.
