Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # FEMI-CPRRJD of Mar-09-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Hand washing sink in sushi area, back kitchen was blocked with food, boxes and utensils. Correction: All hand washing sink must be accessible at all time- no food handling no blocking. Enough supply of paper towel and liquid soap to be provided at all sinks.

- Closure order is lifted. - Pest control ( two companies ) Terminx (Canada) , Perfect Pest Solution - every week the facility is being serviced. - Violation tickets for failure to comply with Health Act Correction Order issued on March 9-23 is waived this time. ** Ensure to keep all serving plates, cups, glasses/utensils in sealed bins to protect. ** Ensure to clean and sanitize all surfaces (food contact surfaces) at the end of shift and in the morning before any food perpetration. ** To have enough space, it is recommended to reduce the menu- recommendation at this time not an order. ** Increase the frequency and intensity of cleaning/sanitizing to maintain sanitation ** Send a progressive report at least once per month re: pest activities. No signature is obtained. A copy is provided a time of visit.
