Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Raw meat (prepared) in large bucket in room temperature by the handsink. Probed at 12C.
- Frozen raw meat in plastic bag was in room temperature for the duration of inspection. They were delivered before the inspection started.
Corrective Action(s):
- Staff stated that the meat will be cooked soon. Do not hold prepared meat in room temperature for extended period of time. Meat was transferred to the cooler.
- Ensure to put potentially hazardous items in temperature controlled environment as soon as when they arrive from delivery.

- Handwashing sink access blocked by a large white bucket at the front.

- Do not block the area in front of the handsink. Handsink should be accessible at all times.

Observation:
- Live cockroach observed on sticky trap.
- 2 nymph stage cockroach observed by the wall at the back.
Corrective Action(s):
- Ensure a proper treatment by a professional pest control company is done for cockroach control. Service report will be reviewed.
- Deep cleaning of the facility required.

- Grease & dust build up throughout.
- Dust build up on fan covers inside coolers.
- Premises is overstocked. Not enough space inside.
- Old mouse droppings observed on the lower shelves of the cashier counter.
Corrective Action(s):
- Clean all areas noted above. All surfaces to be degreased & cleaned properly.
- Organize the storage area. Discard / remove any items that are not in use.
- Clean and sanitize areas affected with rodent droppings.
