Observation: Wiping cloths were found sitting on front service counter area.
Correction: Store all wiping cloths in designated sanitizer bucket containers. New procedure for storing wiping cloths has not been implemented in this location as of yet.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Ice machine has grime build up on the inside side of the door and also on the top portion.
Correction: Empty, drain, wash and sanitized prior to making more ice. Currently, this equipment is cleaned/sanitized every month. Increase frequency of cleaning for this equipment as ice is consumed by customers in drinks.

Dishwasher now had chlorine residual of 100 ppm at the plate surface.
Grout cleaning and cleaning underneath the 3 comp sink and back area done
