Comments

Food Permit conditions: Single Service (disposable) utensils, plates and cups ONLY for customers. This is a take-out food premises.
Hand washing sink has hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
Two sinks sinks are available for utensil cleaning (see above regarding the third, larger sink). Sanitizer level is at 200ppm chlorine - good.
Spray bottle sanitizer is at 200ppm chlorine. Re-label the bottle.
Manager has a valid Food Safe Level 1 certificate. Temperature records are being kept.
Cooler has an air temperature of 3.9C - good.
The wood around the third sink has been painted but there is still some exposed wood at the edge of the sink: Seal the wooden edge with paint or caulking sealant.
The staff washroom has liquid soap, paper towels (needs to feed properly through dispenser), ventilation, and door is being kept shut.
