Freezers - satisfactory with exception of one self serve freezer - see above.
Cleaning - routine cleaning schedule has been developed and deep cleaning is scheduled.
*Deep clean the produce area.
Hand washing sinks in produce area and meat cutting area (2 sinks) have hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
*Note: Caulking is worn and there is a gap between right side hand sink and wall in meat room. Seal gap between hand sink and wall to facilitate cleaning.
Quats sanitizer is automatically dispensed at both manual ware washing sinks in meat room and at janitor area - 200ppm detected. Test strips available.
Pest control - reviewed report. Door at back loading dock can close. Follow directions from licenced pest control regarding sealing cracks and continue monitoring for pests.
