Operator notes that this is his own food and items are not on menu. Keep all foods either cold or hot, wjether they are for yourself or for the public. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 5 302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwashing sinks have screens in the drains and plugs are stored underneath, out of easy reach. Only two ice cream scoops are available. If you want to serve hard ice cream, you must wash and sanitize the scoop after every use OR get several scoops so that you do not have to wash after every customer. Discussed. Do not use a bucket for washing and sanitizing dishes. Use your sinks, with the plugs. Fill the sinks as far as necessary, and use the proper 3 compartment method. No poke is being served. Mini donuts, coffee, snow cones and ice cream only. Premise is quite clean. No sign of pests. Hand sink is stocked and operating. Fridge is 4 Celsius.
