On Follow - Up :

- A soap dispenser has been mounted by the
prep sink. Refill with soap once received .

- More holes have been drilled in shelving by dw.
- Copy of FSP + SP is onsite. Include dishwashing +
cleaning procedures for food contact surfaces in the SP.
- Proper thermometers provided in all Coolers.
