Observation: Observed dishwasher to be broken beyond repair; operator ordered a new dishwasher to replace the broken one and to be replaced by end of tonight or by early morning tomorrow. At the time of inspection, operator had a dishwasher (person) working on dishwashing until close at two compartment sink as a temporary measure. Staff was cleaning, rinsing and sanitizing dishes and utensils properly
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to replace the dishwasher with a properly working commercial dishwasher (NSF approve)
