Observation: 1. Light covers by freezers and dishwashing area are broken, exposing pieces of plastic parts which may cause physical contamination of foods.
2. The walls and areas around the 3 compartment sink are covered with plastic board and tape, rendering it difficult to properly clean and sanitize the area. This may encourage mould growth.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Replace the noted light covers.
2. Remove the board & tape from the noted areas. Ensure that the wall around the sink is resistant to water, easily cleable and durable.
