-Inspection in response to ownership change.
-Application form submitted and permit fee paid
-Operator has completed Foodsafe level 1.
-No changes to menu or operation. Existing staff remaining. New owner/operator to adopt existing food safety/sanitation procedures (Procedures were not on-site at the time of the inspection and need to be reviewed/submitted.)
-General sanitation was satisfactory
-Liquid soap & paper towel present at kitchen handsink.
-Walk-in cooler was 3 deg. C
-Chest freezer was at -20 deg. C
-Hot holding of food in steam table was 64 deg. C - 70 deg. C.
-Line cooler was at 2 deg. C. One line cooler not in use.
-Bleach sanitizer present in spray bottles (100 - 200 pm Chlorine).
-100 ppm chlorine detected in rinse cycle of dishwasher. Test strips present to monitor.
-Pest control contract in place. **Small hole noted in wall behind hot water tank. Repair wall or fill with steel wool.
-Replace missing baseboard/coving
**Wooden shelving in dry storage room requires painting so that it is smooth, impervious & washable.

Premises has health approval to operate however Food Safety procedures & sanitation plan must be submitted within 30 days.
