Routine inspection: -handsink fully equipped -bleach water bucket at 200ppm chlorine for sanitizing -high temperature dishwasher at 75C at dish level -dishwasher replaced a few months ago, reviewed with staff the manual procedures followed for dishwashing and use of single use plates when dishwasher was not in service -freezers at -18C or less -one domestic fridge/freezer in the kitchen replaced with a standup freezer -no signs of pests, physical rodent traps in use in kitchen -dishwasher temperature log now in use -handwashing and manual dishwashing signs left on site ***temperature logs in use for coolers but one has not been started for January - print new log sheets immediately
