Appeared to be only bleach and not mixed with water - this can lead to contamination of food and surfaces. Staff prepared a correct solution once notified. Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer in spray bottle is mixed to the proper concentration to allow for sanitizing, as per your sanitation plan Violation Score: 5 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): [REPEAT VIOLATION] All hand sinks are not fully equipped. -hand sink in the kitchen by the utensil shelf is completely blocked -hand sink in the kitchen next to the 2 compartment sink is not working -hand sink in the kitchen by the washroom did not have any paper towel stocked Corrective Action(s): Staff were notified and they stocked one hand sink The other 2 hand sinks should be addressed Violation Score: 25
