Observation: Areas near the dishwasher (near the garbage area) have build up of food scrap and harbouring of fruit flies. food scraps has the potential to harbourage pests when not cleaned. Ensure area is cleaned of food debris.

Observation: Front cooler at the service are @ 9.7C, cooler underneath the grill @13.9C
Dessert cooler @ 13.9C
All refrigeration units must be able to maintain a temperature of </=4C.
All items are not to be stored in the units stated. Repair man called to fix the stated units. Items in dessert cooler moved to walk in cooler and items in the front cooler moved to another cooler.
