Monitoring log has been updated to include corrective actions New compressor installed in the pizza prep cooler. Cooler observed to be cold holding at 1.3c. Pizza cooler may be used to store perishables inside. *Ensure staff are following the written directions posted on the wall adjacent to the sanitizing sink with respect to temperature the sanitizer needs to be dispensed at (65-75F)
