Observation: The dishwasher is not maintaining a temperature of 71 degC at plate level. After the 4 tries, the max. temperature reached was 57 degC.
Corrective Action(s): Call a repairman and get the dishwasher fixed. In the meantime, soak all dishes from the dishwasher, in a 200ppm bleach and water solution for 2 minutes and then air dry them.
