Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:

1. Temperatures:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer at -18'C
- Sandwich cooler at front service area at 3'C (top) and 0'C (bottom)
- Prep coolers at front (x2) at or below 4'C (top and bottom)
- Temperature logs maintained

2. Sanitation:
- General sanitation of premises is satisfactory
- Handwashing stations at front and back supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- QUATS sanitizer at 200ppm in pails (labelled with time stamp and changed every 2 hours as per discussion with staff)
- High temperature dishwasher measured at 80.9'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- QUATS sanitizer strips available at 3-compartment sink (within expiry)
- No signs of pests during time of inspection

3. Storage:
- All food protected from contamination stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- All food observed covered
- Dry storage area well-kept
- Chemicals stored in mop sink area and away from food

4. Administration:
- Operating permit visible at front
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on premises
