Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Food contact surface sanitizers (pails and dispenser) measured at 200 ppm as per test strips. 3 compartment sink is fully equipped for manual ware washing. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Hot holding units measured at 60C or higher. Ice machine in sanitary condition. In use utensils are stored in ice. Please contact your district health inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
