Observation: Food debris still observed under sandwich cooler at near front of premises.
Corrective Action(s): Clean floor under sandwich cooler and remove the large mat as it hinders cleaning under equipment. Replace with small indiviual workstation place mats as discussed.

Observation: Raw unsealed concrete floor observed inside the walk in cooler. Flooring must be smooth and non absorbant
Corrective Action(s): Operator stated they will be applying an epoxy coating to the floor surface. Ensure there are no food items stored in the walk in cooler when this is done.

Observation: Soap container at dishwasher observed to be empty. New soap container was installed and unit primed to dispense soap
Correction: Rewash all utensils as instructed. Dishwwasher monitoring logs last recorded on April 21, 2022.

Observation: There is no hand wash station in the mop sink room where food preparation was observed being done
Correction: As per report on January 12, 2022, This room is "NOT APPROVED" for food preparation.
