Observation: Small gap between double exit doors in side storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure gaps around exterior opening doors are properly sealed to prevent pest entry. Door sweeps and covers added however small gap at the bottom requires sealing.

-Detergent crystals added to high temp dishwasher before each cycle to meet washing requirements.
-Handsink fully supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel
-Stuff is no longer stored under the back shelving to eliminate possible harborage areas for pest.
***Some extra ceiling tiles stored under a part of the shelving.
