- 2 compartment sinks available - drain plugs available. Ensure to follow wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry steps.

*Ensure to use bleach sanitizer for wiping customer tables, not the glass cleaner.
*New store sign "Chicky Bites" is at the store front and the Fried Chicken and Chicken Burger menus are up in the TV display in the store. Ensure to have health permit application submitted for any ownership change or menu change. New business operation should not commence unless an approval is granted from the district health inspector. Currently the store is serving Shawarma menus only. Turn off the TV display for chicken menus. Contact the undersigned to discuss the matter.
