- Thermometers present in all fridges & freezers

General Sanitation & Maintenance:
- 3-compartment sink, plugs, & wall-mounted QUATS dispenser available for manual dishwashing
- QUATS spray bottles were available & were measured at 200ppm
- Food products are stored in pest proof containers and 6-inches above the ground
- Dry storage is organized
- No signs of pests during inspection

- Permit was hand delivered to operator, ensure to post conspicuously
