1. More than a ten live and five dead ants were observed under the three compartment sink
2. Three live ants were observed to be walking along the wall under the counter where pizza dough is prepared
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that your sanitation plan is followed and implement physical control measures, e.g. ant traps to reduce the entry of pests. Consult a pest control company for additional recommendations.

General observations
- Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- QUATS surface sanitizer measured to be at 200ppm
- Three compartment sink with plugs observed to be available for manual dishwashing
- All coolers (beverage, prep cooler (top and bottom), walk-in, white mini fridge) measured to be at 4C or less.
- Thermometer observed in the walk-in cooler
- Temperature logs available and maintained
- Permit displayed in a visible location
- Operator presented valid and current FOODSAFE level I certificate (valid until Dec 12 2023)
