Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # BWOI-B63SG2 of Oct-31-2018 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (Ice machine requires cleaning due to mould build up Knives observed being stored on the side of all 3 cutting blocks. The sides of the cutting blocks are not being cleaned creating a cross contamination with clean knives. This was a contravention addressed in my last inspection report and was corrected upon the followup inspection when containers were installed to store the knives. Containers present but were not being used to store knives. )
