Routine inspection conducted. Facility operates from 6:00-10:00am daily. -Handwash station adequately supplied. -Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory. Food storage practice satisfactory. -All foods pre-cooked and reheated in the oven daily just before served. Left over foods discarded. -200ppm QUAT solution available in a labelled spray bottle. -High temperature dishwasher achieved 81.9'C at the plate level after final rinse. -General maintenance and sanitation good at this time. -No evidence of pest activity observed.
