1) Glass cooler has broken glasses and debris on the bottom of the cooler. The cooler is used to store glasses for drinking. Drinking glasses are in direct contact with bottom of cooler.

1) Glass washer is broken upstairs. Unit does not automatically stop once glasses hit the bar. Currently glass washer washes and sanitizes glasses properly but if not maintained this unit could break completely.
