Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C5RPTE.
All outstanding infractions in report#JCHY-C5RPTE have been corrected.
-Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. All handwashing sinks are clear from any obstructions to facilitate proper hand hygiene.
-No potentially hazardous foods (e.g.: trays of cooked rice) observed to be stored at room temperature. All potentially hazardous foods are stored in cooling units or hot-holding unit. Prep coolers and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Hot-holding unit measured at 65C air ambient temperature.
-All produce in walk-in cooler and buckets of rice grains are covered to protect from cross-contamination.
-Areas underneath the prep coolers and front of house worktable have been cleaned and disinfected. Built-up of debris and single-use containers have been cleared.
-Under counter freezer measured at -18C air ambient temperature.

-Temperature logs are well maintained as of the month of August 2021. Ensure that temperature logs are maintained.

NOTE: Ensure FoodSafe Level 1 certificate is available for review. At the of inspection, the certification is being mailed to the operator.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained at the time of inspection.
