Observation: Cleaning agents and sanitizers were stored on a lower shelf of a table adjacent to canned dry food products (pineapple and diced tomatoes).
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that chemicals, cleaners, and other similar agents are stored in a separate room or cabinet separate from any food; Correct within 1 week. A follow up inspection will be conducted next week.

Comments

Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Walk-in-cooler, pizza prep. cooler, and upright cooler were at or below 4 degrees C and were equipped with thermometers.
Upright freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available inside several spray bottles and from the dispenser.
Ware-washing sink was supplied with hot and cold running water and drain plugs.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Food storage areas were in a clean condition at the time of inspection.
Operator has completed a FOODSAFE Level 1 course and had a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate that expires on July 25, 2024.
