Routine inspection conducted: - Hand wash stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water - All coolers are at 4C or below - All freezer unit temperatures are satisfactory - Hot holding units are holding food items at 60C and above - 3 compartment sink used for manual dishwashing - *New high temperature dishwasher has been installed. Submit Updated Sanitation Plan with dishwasher included - Food contact surface sanitizer both in bucket and spray bottle achieve 200ppm. - Storage is adequate and food in coolers are covered - No sign of pest activity - Ventilation hood is clean Note: Operator is proposing to renovate kitchen to add in new equipment, and will be updating the menu. Submit Floor Plan with updates prior to construction and update the Food Safety Plan as needed
