Follow-up Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Dishwasher has been repaired to dispense 100 ppm chlorine concentration (as measured with test strips)
- Chlorine test strips are available on site
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site during inspection

*REMINDER: ensure to check dishwasher sanitizer strength with available chlorine test strips on site. Ensure concentration is at least 50 ppm chlorine concentration. Record concentration on a log/record at least once per day (or as per approved sanitation plan) to be verified by the health inspector during next inspection.

Note:
- Outstanding violations remaining from report #SDHI-CJWUAT
- Operator to submit FOODSAFE Level 1 training application receipt for two food handlers on site by Tuesday, October 11, 2022
- General sanitation requires improvement (refer to violations from routine inspection report)
- Follow-up inspection to be conducted on October 21, 2022 in regards to any outstanding violations
