A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers were 4C or colder; freezers were -18C or colder; thermometers present; and temperatures electronically monitored in-store. - Hand sink in Produce cutting area was stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottles and for warewashing (Produce cutting area) was 200ppm. - Food storage practices done correctly. Foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves or pallets; in groups or based on Dept.; and raw proteins stored below RTE foods. - No expired foods for sale. - General sanitation is good. No signs of pests. - All in order.
