Observation: Dishwasher is broken. Read out states there is a "fill error" and that it is in need of service.
Corrective Action(s): Owner has called repair technician at the time of inspection; repair tech is on site.

Until the dishwasher is repaired, food cannot be served. Drinks may be served in single-use cups only. All other equipment must be washed using the two compartment sink method:
- first compartment - wash
- second compartment - rinse
- sanitize first compartment with bleach solution, then fill with 100ppm bleach solution (1 tsp for every 4L)
- submerge all rinsed equipment in bleach solution for at least 2 minutes, then air dry

Note: Two bags of Japanese rice and rice cooker must be removed from premises. Premises is not approved to serve any rice dishes; owner states that it is for personal usage.
